Privacy Policy
This page describes how PropDeck handles information submitted through the public waitlist and future product surfaces. Steven should replace this working policy with counsel-reviewed legal copy before full public launch.
Information We Collect
For the waitlist, PropDeck collects the email address you submit, the signup source, the time of signup, and a hashed representation of request IP metadata used only for abuse prevention and rate limiting. We do not store raw IP addresses for waitlist signups.
How We Use Information
Waitlist information is used to manage private beta access, send founder build updates, prioritize onboarding invitations, and protect the public endpoint from abuse.
Product Data
PropDeck is designed to handle funded-account, trading, journal, and rule data as operational records. Product data is used to provide the dashboard, accounts, audit, and risk surfaces inside PropDeck.
